A recording of the WIG Webinar | D&I in 2020: A Year in Review
2020 presented a whole host of new challenges and opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion practitioners within organisations across the public, private and not for profit sector. From Covid-19 and remote working to the increased spotlight on the Black Lives Matter movement after the murder of George Floyd, to discussions around gender recognition, and everything in between, there has been no shortage of headlines which have direct impactions for D&I within the workplace.
In this special panel session, you will hear from D&I experts across the sectors, touching upon some of their key learnings from 2020, how the year has changed their approach to D&I and what needs to happen going forward. It will be an opportunity to hear what practices and initiatives others have brought into place, what has worked (and what hasn’t), and get insight into the progress that has been made.
