Collaborative leadership and organisational development

WIG was delighted to convene this webinar with an expert cross-sector panel featuring Ann Watson, Chief Executive Officer, Enginuity, Nicola McQueen, Chief Executive Officer, NHS Professionals, and Jurga McCluskey, Partner, Head of Immigration, Deloitte UK.

With the high levels of immigration experienced in the UK over recent years, the government has committed to bringing the numbers down. This presents organisations and sectors with a potential shortage of skilled workers, and the need to develop a new approach to addressing skills gaps.

This cross-sector panel discussion will explore how organisations are meeting this challenge, and how greater collaboration across the sectors can develop and futureproof the UK’s skilled workforce.

Watch now to:

• Understand how reducing net migration is impacting UK-based organisations

• Gain key insights into how various industries are meeting challenges faced by skills shortages
