Speaker

Emma is an experienced senior civil servant, Chartered Project Professional and has a masters in organisational change.  Emma is currently Senior Responsible Owner for setting up Great British Energy which will be a publicly-owned, independently led energy company.  Emma’s previous projects and programmes include delivering c£8bn of bills support for businesses and charities during the energy crisis, Covid Programme Director in the Business department and Project Director for the £300m Heat Network Investment Project.
