This drop-in session is designed for you to learn more about the programme and explore whether it aligns with your development goals. One of our Programme Managers will talk you through key information about the Senior Leaders Programme and there will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you might have.
The Senior Leaders Programme brings together Director level leaders from diverse sectors to develop their cross-sector collaborative leadership skills and build long-lasting networks of support - enhancing their performance as a leader, for greater impact within their organisation and wider society.
This seven-month programme is highly experiential, through modules, action learning sets and sessions with inspiring speakers.
It provides a trusted space where leaders can explore different perspectives and gain the tools needed to navigate today's rapidly changing world. Each module will cover a different aspect of leadership theory and practice, with opportunities to share mutual challenges, reflect on personal performance and learn from experts and peers. Action learning sets are hosted at participant sites which provide an opportunity to enhance participants understanding of other leaders and sectors, while collaborating on shared organisational and system challenges.
