With the government having set out its AI ambitions through the AI Opportunities Action Plan, this panel discussion will uncover how organisations from across the sectors are developing trust and understanding in the adoption of agentic AI tools to drive delivery.

Speakers
Emily works to support the implementation of DSIT’s AI Opportunities Action Plan and unlock the opportunities of AI across the economy, whilst ensuring any associated risks are managed through the development of an effective AI assurance ecosystem. She represents the UK at the OECD’s Working Party on AI Governance, and is also part of the OECD.AI network of experts, contributing to their Expert Groups on AI Risk & Accountability and Compute & Climate. Emily has worked in AI policy for several years, and prior to joining government worked in the private sector on international AI governance policy. Outside of her roles she has published work on the responsible publication of AI research, and how to manage its risks.
