Part of an ongoing series of discussions, this roundtable offers a focused space to learn from others’ perspectives on addressing the challenges and opportunities facing organisations’ senior leaders within HR, Talent, and Leadership Development from across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Shaped and led by delegate input, this session will explore the ethos of collaboration within support structures for leaders to build trust and psychological safety as the cornerstone of enabling high performance.
Facilitated by WIG’s Head of Talent and Leadership Development, delegates can submit their top priorities as agenda points in advance, before voting on the topics to cover at the start of the roundtable. The session will be participant designed and led, with all in attendance encouraged to contribute, and offers a unique opportunity for collaborative thinking and creative problem-solving.
