The Women's Leadership Programme is at the heart of WIG mission to cultivate future-ready leaders. It provides participants with the tools and perspectives needed to navigate today’s rapidly changing world. This programme not only builds individual leadership capabilities but also strengthens the pipeline of leaders who can think strategically and act collaboratively to tackle the complex issues facing our society.
Our approach is highly experiential, through coaching, modules, action learning sets, and inspiring speakers, participants build the confidence to challenge the status quo and lead authentically. A highlight is the charity visit, showcasing collaboration and skill transfer in action. These experiences empower women to seize opportunities with confidence, shaping the future of their organisations and communities.
