Speaker

Elliot is National Highways’ Chief Customer and Strategy Officer and is a member of both its Board and Executive team. He is responsible for the strategic development of National Highways’ strategic road network, customer proposition, organisational business improvement agenda, analytical and economist functions, relationships with key statutory and regulatory bodies and communications and corporate affairs activities.

Before joining National Highways Elliot’s career included being Transformation Director at the Ministry of Justice and senior positions at the Department for Transport, following an early career as a management consultant at Accenture. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University, a BA in Economics and Politics, has been a Public Policy Fellow at Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation.
