Workshop:
In this interactive session, delegates will have the opportunity to shape their organisations’ inclusion strategy through cross-sector dialogue with peers, focusing on how diversity of thought, experience and voices from staff, management and leadership can be managed and aligned to best effect to create inclusive, high performance workplaces.

Following opening comments from a leadership expert, delegates will have the chance to address 2 challenges in smaller groups, before sharing feedback and committing to actions to take away from the conference.

In the final session, a panel of senior leaders will wrap up the conference by challenging the room to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, senior and future leaders, to develop long term, meaningful change in their organisations and across sectors.
